Starting from 2017, Western Grammar has been working with HSC students to help them achieve their potential.Our HSC teachers are excellently trained and experienced individuals who create learning environments that encourage development and improvement. Western Grammar School has been teaching high school students since 2014 with its first Year 7 class. High school is an important part of every student’s life and marks a shift towards responsibility and seriousness in regards to education. Our high school teachers play a vital role in helping students successfully transition into this new position and guiding them in their educational journey.

At WGS, our teachers are excellently trained and our focus expands beyond providing basic education; we aim to instruct each child socially, morally and religiously. This additional focus on character building becomes particularly important during High School, and our teaching staff is well equipped to work with and educate the students.
When it first opened in 2012, Western Grammar taught only primary students from Kindergarten to Year 4. Starting with barely a dozen students, our school now has more than two hundred primary students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Primary school is where the foundations of all further education is first built, and with concentration on Literacy and Numeracy, WGS seeks to equip every child with a strong educational base and a love of learning that will improve every aspect of their lives.
